Only just had a complete refurbishment of main bathroom and downstairs loo from severn vale (13/02/14)and cannot be more than 100% satisfied. We have to say from the first visit to the showroom till our completion we are so pleased we chose severn vale. From initial visit to the showroom and consultation with Kevin what the fitters Gary,Rich Sparky(sadly a Liverpool supporter) and Gavin the heating engineer have achieved in our small but even more impress CASTLE(thanks to Gary and Rich) have left us with the feeling that we have a good judgement about people (Kevin). The fitters arrived prompt on Monday morning and as we felt we were spending a lot off money (in our eyes) we were apprehensive, this was laid to rest immediately thanks to Gary,Rich and Sparky..... Not sure about anybody else but this was a major investment for us but before these guys stuck a blow it just seemed we had made the right decision, The guys (Gary and Rich) would arrive at the house they just got their heads down and worked extremely hard throughout the refurb. Anybody reading this review and are considering a firm to refurb bathrooms etc CANNOT go wrong in choosing Severn Vale, the quality of the materials and workmanship is second to none...... If anyone would like a truthfull and sincere recommendation please contact Severn Vale who I will be happy to leave our number with for your to contact...... MANY THANKS GARY ABD RICH.......
