"Incorrect parking of Royal Mail vehicles"

I am increasingly aware that one of your delivery vans is regularly parking on the grass verge outside the hairdressers and other small retail premises alongside Ermin Park roundabout, Brockworth. There is a decent off road layby at this point and I can see no reason for the Royal Mail van to park on the grass verge. This grass area has to be cut by Tewkesbury Borough Council and the ruts caused by van wheels is spoiling the area.
